Service Description

Once you have booked online you will be contacted and sent you initial intake documents by email. Please have these completed and submitted prior to your session. Online booking require a credit card to secure your hold. Session not canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance will be charged 50%, and sessions missed will forfeit full intake fee.
