Once you have booked online you will be contacted and sent you initial intake documents by email. Please have these completed and submitted prior to your session.
Online booking require a credit card to secure your hold.
Session not canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance will be charged 50%, and sessions missed will forfeit full intake fee.
